Cowhide Cove has 50 RV/Tent Sites with
Electricity.
Flush toilets, hot and cold showers, boat ramp, dump station, nature trail,
amphitheater, 5 picnic sites. (Open year-round; water-borne facilities
available Mar.-Oct.) User's fee charged.
Cowhide Cove Recreation Area on Lake Greeson is on HWY 27
North, midway between Murfreesboro and Kirby Arkansas.
From Texarkana, I-30 east (46 miles) to Prescott, AR Hwy 19
north to Murfreesboro (30 miles), AR 27 north (9 miles) to Cowhide Cove
Access Road, west on Access Road (2 miles) to campground.
From Hot Springs, west on US 70 (41 miles) to Kirby, AR 27 south (5 miles)
to Cowhide Cove Access Road, west on Access Road (2 miles) to campground.
During the reservation season which begins May 5th and ends
September 30th, campsites that are not included in the reservation system
maybe available for first come - first serve campers.
